Today, I started my Manatech nutritional program.I am taking two scoops of OsoLean and one scoop of Nutriverus per day in the morning.
I decided to take it in cider vinegar drink.

Initially, after taking it I actually felt light-headed, dizzy, and some head pain.
Although this is quite strange, you need to keep in mind that I've probably missed 12 hours sleep in the last week, and my diet over the last three months has not been very balanced at all.
This evening, I seem to have more energy, and I am getting things done.
So perhaps it is working already ?!
Here is my recipe for cider vinegar with Manatech bonus.
1 teaspoon honey
50 mills boiling water.150 mills of mineral water.
One teaspoon, cider vinegar.
Two scoops of OsoLean.
One scoop of Nutriverus.
Dissolve honey and boiling water, add Nutriverus an OsoLean, pour in mineral water, while stirring vigorously.
Although I would not say this was a delicious drink. It wasn't gross, please keep in mind, need to swirl the dregs so that the heavy particles can be drunk still.
